Tulalip, right next to Marysville, is one of the most popular weekend getaways north of Seattle. Between the casino, the outlet mall and the restaurants, there’s plenty to fill two days. Here’s a simple plan.
Shop Seattle Premium Outlets
Seattle Premium Outlets in Tulalip is the big outlet mall for the north Puget Sound area, right off I-5. Go early on Saturday to beat the crowds, then grab lunch nearby in Quil Ceda Village.
Try your luck at the casinos
- Tulalip Resort Casino: gaming, dining, a spa and live entertainment
- Quil Ceda Creek Casino: a smaller, casual casino in Tulalip
- Angel of the Winds Casino Resort: a short drive north in Arlington
Slow down on Sunday
Sleep in, make breakfast in a full kitchen, and have coffee on the patio by the creek. In the afternoon, head to Lake Stevens or downtown Everett, or relax by the fire pit before heading home.
Why stay in Marysville instead of a hotel?
Our Creekside Suite is about 1.5 miles from I-5, so Tulalip and the outlets are a quick drive, but it’s quiet when you get back. You get a private entrance, a full kitchen, a 75-inch TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a creekside patio with a fire pit and hammock. It sleeps up to 6 with the sofa bed and air mattress.
